Report a member, photo, place or gear
Tell us about something that breaks the rules. We review every report.
If someone is in danger, contact your local emergency services first.
Report a member
- In a conversation: tap their name at the top, then Report user, and confirm. In a group, tap Report a member and choose the person.
- On the profile of someone you follow: tap Following, then Report user, then Report.
Rijjin shows “Report submitted”
. Messages are end-to-end encrypted, so a report doesn’t include what was said. You can’t report a single message; report the member instead.
Report a photo
On an activity or route, touch and hold the photo, or open it and tap ⋯. Tap Report, then Report again.
Report a place or gear entry
On a place or gear entry that members edit, tap Report this edit, say what’s wrong, and tap Report this edit.
What happens next
We review reports, and remove content and accounts that break our Terms of Service. To stop someone contacting you right away, block them.
