How Rijjin uses your health data

What Rijjin reads from Apple Health or Health Connect, what it does with it, and how to stop it.

The app explains this too: Me, then Settings, then Apps and Devices, then Your health data at the bottom.

What Rijjin reads

  • Workouts, on iPhone only
  • Sleep: sessions and stages
  • Body composition, such as weight and height
  • Heart and fitness, such as resting heart rate and VO₂max

Access is read-only. Rijjin never writes anything to Apple Health or Health Connect.

What it’s used for

Rijjin uses your health data to analyze your fitness and to predict your performance. Where two connections hold the same data, it uses the more detailed one.

The data goes to your Rijjin account over an encrypted connection. Rijjin never sells it and never uses it for advertising.

Stop it

  • Disconnect it in Apps and Devices. Rijjin stops reading at once. See Disconnect an app or device.
  • Remove the permission itself on iPhone in Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Health, then Rijjin, or on Android in Health Connect under App permissions.

What was already imported stays in your account until you delete it. The Privacy Policy explains how to delete it.
