Disconnect an app or device
Stop an app or device sending data to Rijjin. What it already sent stays in your account.
Garmin, Coros or Suunto
- In the Me tab, tap at the top right, then tap Apps and Devices.
- Under MY APPS AND DEVICES, tap the account you want to disconnect.
- Rijjin asks
“Are you sure you want to disconnect your Garmin and Rijjin accounts?”
Tap OK.
Apple Health or Health Connect
- In Apps and Devices, tap Apple Health or Health Connect.
- Tap Disconnect, then OK.
- On Android, you can also tick Also remove Rijjin's Health Connect access to hand back every permission.
- On iPhone, Apple doesn’t let an app remove its own access. To remove it, go to Settings, then Privacy & Security, then Health, then Rijjin.
Disconnecting stops new data. Activities and readings already imported stay in your account until you delete them.
