If you can’t sign in

What to check when Rijjin won’t let you in.

Use a method your account knows

Sign in with the method you used when you joined, or one you added later in Sign-in. Rijjin can’t tell that a different Apple, Google or LINE account is you: it shows an error or sets up a new account instead of opening yours.

If Rijjin shows an error

  • “Signing you in has hit a snag — please try again” Check that you’re online, then try again.
  • On iPhone, Sign in with Apple needs you to be signed in to your Apple Account in the Settings app.

If you can’t get into your Apple, Google or LINE account

Rijjin doesn’t hold those passwords. Recover the account with Apple, Google or LINE first, then sign in to Rijjin again.

If you deleted your account

Signing in again within 30 days restores it. See Restore a deleted account.

Still need help?

Email us in English or Japanese. Tell us how you sign in (Apple, Google or LINE) and what happened. A screenshot helps.
