Restore a deleted account
Sign in again within 30 days of deleting your account to get it back.
- Open Rijjin.
- Continue with the same method you signed in with before you deleted your account: Apple, Google or LINE.
- Rijjin shows
“Welcome back! Your account deletion was canceled.”
What comes back
Your account and everything in it, as it was. Two things don’t come back:
- A Beacon that was running when you deleted your account. It was deleted at once.
- Your Garmin or Coros connection. Connect it again in Apps and Devices. See Connect Garmin, Coros or Suunto.
After 30 days
Your account and its data are permanently deleted and can’t be restored. If you continue with the same method after that, Rijjin sets up a new account.
